So, first of all, what is The Law of Attraction?
To know and understand the Law of attraction, you have to understand that when it comes to the Universe, it’s all the vibrational alignment which matters.
Vibrations are nothing but Energy frequencies which radiate through every living being. To connect with the universe you have to get your vibrations aligned with that of the universe.
How do we do this? Well, pretty simple.
Think and feel of yourself as a light in this physical form. And then, imagine the universe as the source of all light. Imagine yourself getting closer and feel that eternal light washing all over you. Experience that oneness. That is how you connect to the Universal intelligence.
At first, it may seem a bit difficult to get used to. But over a span of 21 days, you will find it easier to do this activity.
When it comes to practicing The Law of attraction, you have to understand the difference between having wants and letting go of expectations. Having desires is not wrong at all. Desires are the fuel which keeps us on the path. But, when you create attachments and make those wants as your needs for being happy, you will start to expect more and become restless. You will make happiness a destination which is completely the opposite of Universal law. Letting go is all about having desires but at the same time, it is the ability to detach yourself from the outcomes. Happiness is independent of desires. Happiness is within you. Not in the things. Not in the people. Make happiness a way of living. Live as the person you want to be instead of thinking of being that person. Live as if you will live forever.
Practice gratitude for the relationships, family and friends that have you have in your life. In my previous articles I have mentioned this thing several times. Attitude of gratitude will improve your life in many ways. It will make you happier and loving. Your brain will Rewire itself to think at higher levels.
Visualize yourself as if you have already accomplished your goals. Research shows that, the world’s best athletes who visualized themselves doing the things and imagined their success improved their performance with this technique.
Our brains cannot tell the difference between what is reality and imagination. So use this technique and see it’s benefits.
Practice positive affirmations. Positive Affirmations are the positive statements which you repeat to yourself over time. It’s been a habit for many of us to get caught up in negative thoughts and emotions. To remind you, 70% of the thoughts impact our lives. Now it is time to get rid of those habits and form new habits which would help us to grow and prosper.
Practicing affirmations rewires our brain and wipes out all the limiting beliefs in our brains. So lets form a new habit of practicing positive affirmations to enhance our lives folks.
Meditate to liberate yourself from your mind. Practice mindfulness meditation regularly to enhance your alertness and awareness. This activity will make you live in present and will keep a healthy balance between your desires and your reality.
